The Product Make is a classification of recreation vehicle that has a substantial degree of commonality in construction of chassis, frame and body, which does not include level of décor, opulence, equipment and price range, and does not have a specific trademark associated with it.
A Range Brand is the leading predominant common trademark or brand name of the respective Product Make and Product Line. Salem, Rockwood and Cedar Creek are just a few examples of Forest River Range Brands.
A Product Line is a specific series of RV products identified by a common trademark or trade name and targeted to a market segment as determined by level of décor, opulence, equipment and price range. Product “Lines” with the same trademark or trade name are not the same unless they also share the same product “Make”. Salem Cruise Lite, Rockwood Roo and Cedar Creek Cottage are just a few examples of Forest River Product Lines.
A Product Model is a specific offering within a Product Line and Make that is distinguishable by its length and interior floorplan. It typically will share all or most of the level of décor, opulence, equipment and price range characterized by other Models within the same Product Line. 231RB Cruise Lite, 21BD Roo and 40CD Cottage are just a few examples of Forest River Product Models.
